Creating a form that links to another page and sends an email

Ok, I want to create a form that when they hit submit, not only does it send the information to an email address, but it also takes the visitor to another page.

the reason is I want people to be able to sign p for and event with there information. Once they hit send, o need their information, however, I need to send them to a secure location to pay for it.

The cc company that we are using has provided us with the secure payment option, however, I still need additional information and unfortunately can't make changes to their page.

    Any ideas?

You can post the form to your own page, and then within that page use Javascript to immediately bounce to your payment process.
