    Making an upload form

    Okay so I've read tutorials on making upload forms. But I want to make an upload form where people can upload pictures but I also want a way for them to enter their email so they get credit, how would I go about doing this?

    Add a text input to the form so that they can enter their e-mail address.

    Yeah like matt said, just a plain textbox and when it's submitted (uploaded) have it insert the email into the database. Then on the picture you can extract the email showing whos it is.
    Rowsdower! has accused me of having mental problems, and the administrator allowed it. What a great forum huh?

    Yes, all of the above posts are perfect.
    You may use something like this:

    <input type="text" name"creditor">

    and on your action page, you can add a couple of lines that stores the persons name in either a database or gets sent to you via email.

    Thanks
