Smile Can Someone Help me? Pretty Please??

I may have posted in the wrong place, it was my first post, I'm sorry about not understanding how to post code right. I need help though with my code. Here is the thread.
Dropdowns not sending in email forms php

I would be just so happy if I can get this figured out. Thank you in advance!

Start with #2 from the forum guidelines:
    2) Type in a subject that summarizes your question- A great way to turn off other members wanting to help you is to type an incomplete or silly subject for your post. Examples of poor subject titles include:

    - "Help!"
    - "I'm a newbie...be gentle"
    - "How can I..."
    - "Urgent...deadline tomorrow!"

The above subjects either have absolutely nothing to do with the question itself, or are grossly incomplete (ie: "How can I..."). When asking for help, enter a subject that summarizes your question, period! Don't use silly, incomplete, or "bait" subjects. Some examples of good titles are:

    - "How do I round a number to 2 decimal places using JavaScript?"
    - "What's the difference between require() and include() in PHP?"
    - "Can someone suggest a good, free HTML editor?"
    Are you a Help Vampire?

Thank you, that helps alot, I havn't had anyone look at my code. I'm getting frustrated, but patient. I've been trying to fix this code for a long time now...it's for my husbands website, I just can't get it to email the dropdown menu selections, it doesnt even pick up any of the dropdown items. The "normal form items work fine like name, address, etc.
Just not any of the selection items, I'm doing something wrong and I need to figure this out because we are getting customers scheduling and I'm looking like an idiot by telling them the selections they made didnt come through.

From that thread it appears you have already fixed the problem.
Rowsdower! has accused me of having mental problems, and the administrator allowed it. What a great forum huh?
