    Autosave etc

    Hi,

I have a script where a customer fills in a 4/5 pages form. The problem is most of the customers are computer newbies and sometimes they click on top navigation links and then they complain that what they written in the form disappeared

What are your opinions what should be done to avoid this?

    Many Thanks

A good web form should take care of the newbies. Pop up a message when they leave the form to ask them if they are sure they want to leave, save your data every time the user changes pages and offer a method of resuming the form where they left off.
