    Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 (Huh?)

I'm writing a PHP script that accepts an MMS text message from stdin and processes it. The incoming text is shown below. This has a simple text response but I cannot see it. I think it is encoded but I don't know how to un-encode it. Can anyone help please?

    Thanks
