    phpmedit

i downloaded the phpmedit program and i opened a php file and every thing is ok.
but the problem is when i brows this message appeared to me:

    Error! PHP Path Error!
    The probable reasons:

Not installed PHP on your computer.

PHP is installed, but not specified the path to php.exe in Run Parameters.

You can download PHP installation and extension modules here: www.php.net/downloads.php

You can download PHP documentation here: www.php.net/download-docs.php

More detailed information about PHP on a site www.php.net/

i know that it is prompt me to download php files, but which files does it, because i saw that there is many files with many sizes...

I had that program, used it a couple of times, then uninstalled it. Was the worst 'php editor' I have ever used. The php preview thing is buggy, hardly ever worked for me

It's telling you to download php, if you're on windows, I suggest getting the php-4.3.1-Win32.zip file available on the download page. Also, I think you may need to download the apache http server from http://www.apache.org but I'm not sure if that's needed to preveiw the code with phpedit.

I'm currenty using and testing out SciTE and it's problably the best editor I have used so far. It's not just for php either, but has custom colour coding for html, css, javascript, java, c/c++,c#, cron, shell, etc etc
