    Question On Apache Server

    Hi!

I just would like to ask which Apache server to use [link]. I am confused since I'm not sure what I will be needing. The type of server wasn't mentioned in the tutorial I was following [link]

I'm just going to create a website that have a database so I can allow usernames and passwords, etc.

I would recommend an all in one package like XAMPP (www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html) or WAMP (www.en.wampserver.com/) I use XAMPP because it's better in my opinion. Most include things like Apache, PHP, MySQL and XAMPP includes some extra goodies, but you can opt to get the light package.
