Question PHP & Microsoft Office Remote Saving

If anyone is familiar with Microsoft Sharepoint Services they would know that there is a feature in sharepoint which allows users to save files directly from microsoft office programs to the sharepoint server by providing the appropriate authentication information. I was wanting to know if the same thing coulnd be done in PHP so that the appropriate headers are sent back and forth.

    For example...

    • Save a document in MS Word to the PHP application running on www.example.com/file.php
    • Open file from the same web application file

Use Fiddler to look at the headers that are sent back and forth.
