    Setting PHP user account

I am running Windows 2003, IIS 6, and PHP5. How do I tell PHP which user account it is supposed to run as. I keep having problems with installing PHP software such as phpBB2 and Gallery2, and having it tell me I don't have the NTFS permissions set properly. I have the IUSR, IWAM, and Network Services accounts full permissions, but it still doesn't work. I end up having to give the Everyone account Full Control to get it to work, but I hate running that way.

This is just a shot in the dark since I don't use IIS, but it should run as the same user IIS is setup for. If not you can try right-clicking on it and hitting run as or setting the permissions in properties. And finally, there's this.
