    DNS Server Lookup

I am running PHP5 and am wanting to use the dns_get_record() function. Unfortunately I keep on getting the following error...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dns_get_record() in E:/app/test.php on line 2

I have PHP 5 installed through the WAMP project. Does anyone know what extension I have to activate to use DNS functions or why it's not working for me.

    Thanks

    From the php manual -
Note: This function is not implemented on Windows platforms, nor does it (currently) work on *BSD systems.
If you are learning PHP, developing PHP code, or debugging PHP code, do yourself a favor and check your web server log for errors and/or turn on full PHP error reporting in php.ini or in a .htaccess file to get PHP to help you.

you could grab the win32 version of dig and exec() it.
    resistance is...

MVC is the current buzz in web application architectures. It comes from event-driven desktop application design and doesn't fit into web application design very well. But luckily nobody really knows what MVC means, so we can call our presentation layer separation mechanism MVC and move on. (Rasmus Lerdorf)
