I'm new in the community and I wanted to ask some help with the imagettftext function.
I'm running a debian server with Apache 1.x and PHP 4.4.7, with the following configuration:
./configure' '--with-openssl' '--with-pdflib=/usr/local/' '--with-apxs2=/usr/bin/apxs2' '--disable-ipv6' '--enable-magic-quotes' '--enable-inline-optimization' '--disable-debug' '--enable-safe-mode' '--with-mysql=/usr/' '--enable-pcntl' '--enable-sigchild' '--enable-gd-native-ttf' '--with-gd' '--with-zlib=/usr' '--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/' '--with-openssl' '--with-freetype-dir=/usr/lib/' '--with-ttf'
When I try to use that imagettftext (and imagefttext too) the script gets loading eternally and doesn't show anything. The strangest thing is that only works when I show 'H' or 'R' chars (I haven't tried all the chars, but with 'h', 'r', numbers, 'U' ... it doesn't work.
