    403 Forbidden & Pagination problems - related???

I have just moved my database access pages from the internet to be hosted on my work computer via apache. Everything seemed to be working just fine until I got to the tables of MySQL data that are paginated. When I click on a link that should take me to the next page, etc, the page simply reloads. When I click on the link that should change the number of records per page, I get the following error:

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /linerweb/Creekside/Plants/< on this server.
    Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.0 Server at localhost Port 80

The code worked just fine online and I have changed the specifics that connect to the database. I am not sure what needs to be done here! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and please let me know if posting any of the code would be helpful (though I get the feeling this may be a configuration problem).

I changed some code from html to echo php (i.e. from <td> to echo "<td>"; ) and that worked. Not sure why, but it did
