Best way to bring forward values

I would like to create user entry forms spanning over 4 pages with values only commited on the last page's submit.

What is the best way to bring forward the values of user's entry from all the first 3 pages to the 4th and then commit them into the database at the same time?

    Thanks.

Probably in session variables or by inserting the data into a temporary table in the database and then copying it over.

How do I carry forward a session variables to the 4th page?
I know how to have the values to the 2nd page using type=hidden in the 1st, but to the 4th, can it be done?

"Session" variables are carried over automaticly assuming that you don't start a new session on every page.
The "type=hidden" gave me a hint that you might be wanting to store form data from many pages. You should store the data in a session variable.
I'm not sure if this was any help, but I hope it didn't make you stupider.

Experience is something you get just after you really need it.
