    Perl 'alert' box (like JavaScript)

    Is it possible to have a Perl alert box, similar to JavaScript's and VBScript's alert popup boxes?

    Code:
    <script language="javascript">
    alert('Your alert message HERE');
    </script>
    Gracias.

    not that pops up in a browser. You could simulate an alert box, but you would still have to use javascript to do stuff like open a new window.

    Javascripts are a function of your browser (client-side).
    Perl is "server-side".

    Perl builds the web page (HTML) and displays the output on
    your browser. If you have Javascripting within your page, it
    will be processed by your browser when the page loads ... just
    the same as a static page does.
