    guestbook disaster

attempted to change an Extropia gb for a perl gb from http://www.vitinh.de/ the site also offered the converter to move the old messages to the new book. So it is in my cgi bin and it acts like it will work except when you click submit, you get "The webpage cannot be found"
nor is there any sign of what it did with the old messages. The sign in is there. but I can't find any book. I am in WAY OVER MY HEAD. The website it came from is in German, so I haven't been able to get help there. The cranky gb is at http://www.robertadecaprio.com

never give up. that's not the perl way. LOL.

I looked at your site. I see no button to try to interact with the guestbook, which might explain the lack of response. It just looks to us like its a page of messages with no ability to post.

    That said; in order to help, we need to see code posted within [ c o d e ] [ / c o d e ] tags (without the spaces).
