Question Option Button for recipient in website forn

Greetings, I am trying to create a website form for a non-profit organization. They want the viewers to be able to select from a list of Names who will receive the email. I have been trying different programming languages to figure out how to make this work. I know I need a variable that holds recipient information but am somewhat lost after that. Somewhat new to advanced website desing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

your knowledge of html and javascript could help, perl have some things in common with javascript. You don't know untill you start, so go on and try,
try to look over the documentation for CGI module, mainly this is what you need for a website:

    http://search.cpan.org/~markstos/CGI.pm-3.52/lib/CGI.pm

do some tests writing some code and when you have questions about some specific problems, just ask.

    best regards
