    Source Code Encryption like Zend

Is there yet anything like PHP has for encrypting their source code?
We are having a lot of people request our software which is done mostly in Perl, but has parts in PHP, we can encrypt the php, but cannot seem to find a secure way to secure the Perl so that if we do allow others to use it they do not try to steal it and make it look like they are the developers of it...

    Is there a way yet?
I have not looked in many years. I went to perl monks to ask, but their website is down, first time in many years that I've seen that.

Anyhow, I'd appreciate any knowledge you have on the subject.

I guess I did not explain that very well, sorry. I am wanting something like Zend, but for Perl, does it exist yet?

    Thanks,
    Richard
