    Perl.exe path?

I have a cgi file that I am trying to get to work and I have to put the path to perl.exe. I was using xampp for windows and noticed that the path to perl.exe was #!"C:\xampp\perl\bin\perl.exe

I am now using a Linux OS and have installed the Linux version of Xampp and I just can't find where perl.exe is, therefore I can't put it in my cgi code so it won't work properly. Any ideas where it is?

you can use "locate" or "find" commands to find location of a directory in linux.

I believe it is in /usr/bin/perl.

    Check there for it.

You must have solved this by now, but for next time, you can use:
    Code:
    which perl
in the command line to find the path that's specific to your Linux installation. This works for other stuff like Python (which python), Bash (which bash), etc.
