    Malaysia Joint Venture

Looking for investor for my ongoing biz in Malaysia, specializing in Premium gifts and procurement/sourcing works - www.giftsimpact.com. Malaysia is located above Singapore, for the clueless ones Genuine biz, no gimmick or con job. Wonderful opportunity. Unable to obtain Government loan as we are not indigenious people of Malaysia. We are of Chinese origin - proud to be one . We are now on the verge of over-trading. Needs working capital injection. Good invesment and a golden opportunity is co-own international company.

Not a very compelling offer. It might help to specify how much of an investment you're looking for and what you're offering investors - particularly with respect to roi.

It is a very compelling offer if only you understand this industry. The profit margin of each deal is approx. 30%.
Definitely, we won't be offering 50% equity as this is a pte ltd entity. Already our paid-up capital is Ringgit Malaysia $410K or approx. USD $110K. We are looking for another USD $100K. Our current clienteles are FMCG, banks and even a US based company.
We are becoming an IPO, international procurement office. We are not waiting for clients to approach us, but we take the bulls by the horns so to say, we approach them via our networkings.
    Do a research on us.

Doing research on you or knowing the industry wont tell me anything about your offer.
You want another $100k USD, ok thats a start, but what are you offering investors for their money? What is your minimum investment amount or are you looking for the entire amount from a single investor?
What's your expected roi for investors? Over what period of time? What do you need the money for?

For USD100K i.e = RM380K + exisitng pd-up (RM410K) = RM790K, the equity holding is 48%. Not necessary a single investor, a group of investors is acceptable. The capital injection is for working capital. You see, we are a sourcing house for premium gifts for companies in Malaysia as well as US. Everything we buy, we have to place a deposit and full sum upon completion of production. However our final payment from our clients will come only after they receive the goods and more often than not it will take another 30 days. Most of our suppliers are in China. When goods after inspection, on board they will want full payment before they allow shipment.
This is a golden opportunity for anyone who wishes to do business.
Previously we have a British premium gifts dealer, holidaying in Malaysia and he offered to invest RM500K for a 51% equity. Of course, we rejected his offer.
