Simple Image Trail in Firefox Issue

Hi, I've implemented the simple image trail js (from javascriptkit.com!) to preview pictures and implemented it here: http://www.ipagio.com/mortgage-website-demo-3.html .

It works perfectly in IE but is erratic in Firefox and the scroll bar when the picture is loading does not work. I found another person who managed to get it working in Firefox on their page and they had success by deleting their html doc type .... when I do this, I end up have a bunch of issues that I can't quite fix... so I've tried most of the html doc types to see if they might work without any luck...

I'm hoping that somebody else has had this same issue and might be able to share their solution...

The simple image trail I'm using uses preview_templates.js, alt.js, and loader.js files ....

I can give you whatever code or information you need, please PM me and I will gladly pay you to help resolve this issue! Thanks!

    Trace.

Deleting the docthread won't solve things neither, as you said. It'll make things worse actually even tho it both work in IE & FF.

What u need todo is start working out those 355 errors.

I'm willing to help you out but that's gonna require a nice code first, u know ?

PM sent, but if anyone else requires a civilised, doctype-neutral alternative to that spec, we'll talk.
