IMO when you advertise that you are a web design business then you should at least do it correctly on your own site first. Your site has some coding errors. See them here.

    Hi

Thanks for spotting that! The site has just had a new design and we were still working on it, all the errors are fixed and online.

The only remaining issue is within the CSS

    "Property scrollbar-arrow-color doesn't exist : #ffffff"

This is simply due to the scrollbar changes being a browser hack and is actually illegal with W3C standards, but thats a minor thing and we wanted the scrollbar effect.

    Regards

Also whats up with the table? Haven't you heard? Tables are NOT for page layout.

    Hi

We use tables for 1 area, and it doesn't stricktly speaking act as a layout. The css controls the whole main layout. The table is there to house images at the bottom only..this is not in my opinion a layout, rather than structured data. Also on this note, a small table isn't really a problem when you take into consideration that allot of the major players still use tables for their main layouts. Consider Os Commerce, the system is basically completely controlled by tables!

The site does not look messed up, what are you talking about? If you are referring to the PHP errors that appeared earlier today, that was due to the web server host fixing some server issues, we took the site down and the errors appeared for a matter of 2 minutes whilst the database connection was remade

    Your comments are appreciated

    Regards

No I dont think Os Commerce own, i think they are the biggest pile of cow "mess" iv ever seen, it was an example to show how main stream still use tables..and considering our site only has 1 table for displaying a few images thats not an issue to start complaining about.

And, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the site in FF at 1024x768, my screen resolution is set to that and its fine... any chance you can post a screen shot?

    hello,

well this is my first post, ive checked out your website glen its very good work, using tables is ok if you use a very few, also i havnt had any errors and ive browsed your site with firefox and ie with 1024x1024,

and we obviously all know OSCommerce is a mess, and if you did not understand what glen ment by referring that OSC uses tables then you should go back and read it over...

I understood it quite well. He was saying OSC is a mainstream product and they use tables, so why can't I? Hence OSC is crap that's why. Maybe I didn't make my post clear enough. Anyway I don't think they have released the next version yet and OSC is what? 5-6 years old?

    Hi

From a user prospective i wouldn't want to use and internal scroll bar it would really hack me off.

The Nav bar and the logo area is nice but the bottom scroll bar could have been done in flash. Its easy to rip apart someones work as its been done to me on many times.

So please feel free to have alook at my site to see if you feel i am being harsh.

you really need to take a look at contact.html, font too small the image overrides the txtbox these are as i see critical areas if some ones looking to employ you for there design
no offence intended, just want to tell you what i think of your site for your benifit
