Sorry but you need to do your homework yourself. We will not do it for you here at CodingForums.

Well you can ask specific questions and we can guide you in the right direction but we will not do the work for you. Just posting the problems and saying help is not specific enough. The first place you should go though is to ask your teacher for help. That is what they are there for.

Since this is in "server side issues", I'll assume that you are using a server-side language of some kind and your input will come from HTML forms and your output will be in HTML format.

    What you'll need to know:
    - How to create HTML forms
    - How to process HTML forms in your server-side language
    - How to output HTML in your server-side language

That should be enough of a start without actually doing any of your homework for you. Honestly, this is a pretty simple task for any server-side language, esp. if you don't actually have to store any data anyway.

The problem is this, the information is very new to me. I'm a freshman in college and I have never heard of pseudocodes. I just know I must use pseudocode language like end,if,while, etc.

    pseudocode != control structures

don't read too much into that control structures link, I was trying to make a point

    Control Structures in PHP
    Control Structures in ASP
    Control Structures in Java
    Control Structures in PERL

I found them all randomly on google searches, but they should contain the information you need on control structures for whatever server-side programming language you're learning

Maybe you first need to understand what pseudocode is. Pseudocode is really a barebones rough draft of a program written pretty much in plain english. It is sort of a blueprint on how to write the actual program without acutally using any programming language. There is no standard pseudocode syntax or anything like that. Here is an acutal definition of the term

    http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/P/pseudocode.html

Basically you solve the problems in plain english before you apply any programming language syntax.

That really doesn't help me at all. I just need someone to help me start the programming for each problem

It sounds to me like you need someone to talk to about it ... any fellow students, teachers or anyone else at the college you can ask for help?

I'll "help" a little on the first one...

    1) Write a program that will accept an employee's total sales, her commission rate and calculate and display her salary
Look at the problem. You have several tasks here that you need to program. In fact, I see three.

    1) Read input from the user
    2) Calculate the result
    3) Display the result.

1 and 3 should be in your text book (it varies depending on how you're going to read and present data - web page perhaps???).

Number 2 boils down to creating an algorithm and logic to correctly display the desired result. I can't help you beyond that because, a) I don't know what the how the salaries are calculated and b) you should have more than enough to figure this out if you're a college freshman. It's simple logic after that point.
