Taking info from a txt file and placeing it on a page?

What i want to do is this.

I want to use SSI to pull info from a txt file and place on it the page, the reason is, there will be about 100 copies of this page, and if i want to update a link i dont want to update 100 pages, i just want to be able to edit this txt file or any file , (doesnt have to me a txt file) and the info will appear on all 100 pages,

if anyone knows a way to do this please let me know.

    thanks,.

If you're using a SSI, all of the pages will automatically update with the contents of the .txt file. What's the problem?
