Have your IP mimic a different State

We are using MaxMind to identify the IP of visitors so that we can serve different ads based on the state you come in from.

Our first line of testing was to call people that we knew in those states to confirm that those ads were displaying. However, we want to know if there is a way to have your browser mimic a different state temporarily so that we can test this functionality?

To do that you need to connect to the internet via a proxy that hides your ip address and substitutes their own.
