    Question MS ACCESS Report problems

    Hi.

I Have a report in Access 2003. One of the fields is called Price - and I want to have a sum of all the prices in the footer of the report. The code I am using is :
    Code:
    =SUM([Price])
This works when the text field is placed inside the main part of the report however if i place the textfield in the footer - it just displays Error. I do not want to put the text field in the main body, as the textfield will then be repeated like 20 times, or however many rows are in that report.

    Please help!?
    Andy

    Cool

If nobody can help at this at the moment - does anybody know how to make the relationship window show cardinalities? My relationship lines at the minute dont show any!?

Also the report titles after renaming the reports in the reports tab doesnt seem to change - so the title is left to the old name but the rest is saying the new name.

Would it help if i posted the databases for everyone to have a look? Its literally one of the reports which is casuing all of these problems - plus the cardinalities thing!

    Thanks in advance!

    Andy
