    phpmyadmin + mysql help PLZ

    i got it(phpmyadmin) on my server and i can get it to create databases and tables; but i would prefer to take the data from my local comp and use that on the server; i dunno how to transfer it; can i get mysql to output a text file that i can use in phpmyadmin to get all my info inputted? tia

    phpMyAdmin has a menu option to export your tables into CSV or XML formtted text files that you can then import.
