A little Googling tells me Error #1064 is a MySQL syntax error which are usually caused by a misplaced comma but without the query you're trying to run we could only guess.

Again, I highly suggest you do some due diligence and educate yourself on database concepts as well as proper MySQL syntax. The fact that under your own knowledge and skillset are unable to solve these seemingly trivial errors tells me you need to go back and revisit this information.

There are a variety of resources and tutorials out there.

You need to provide the info I asked for before I can provide more help.

Linux_Sage is correct, at the minimum you need to learn the basics of sql before you can begin to understand our suggestions.

You still haven't provided the info I asked for.

Posting a screen shot of your excel spreadsheet is not the same as posting an attachment of the PLAIN TEXT csv file.

I have no idea what gui program that is which you are using to work with your database and it doesn't give me any info on your table structure.

Post the CSV file. A screenshot of an excel interpretation of it is useless.

Also, this is mysql work. Screenshots are rarely of any use. Post useable code so that they can be executed by a mysql client and used for testing. Use the command SHOW CREATE TABLE yourtable and post the code it generates. That lets people create their own tables with the same structure without needing to manually type the create table code.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');

    My sql

    CREATE TABLE `search` (
    `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
    `title` varchar(255) NOT NULL,
    `description` varchar(255) NOT NULL,
    `url` varchar(225) NOT NULL,
    `keywords` varchar(255) NOT NULL,
    PRIMARY KEY (`id`),
    KEY `id` (`id`)
    ) ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=199 DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 ROW_FORMAT=COMPACT

Here is code i hope so that will help.

You still need to post the CSV file as an attachment. This is the 5th time we've asked you to do this.

Rename your file to use a .txt ext and then upload it.

No, that is not what we needed.

At this point I have no idea what you expect from us, so I think I'll back out and let someone else that can read minds or has a crystal ball that can tell them what you want.
