    coverting html text to database

    I have to take an indented list (35,000 entries) created in html that I need to get into a mysql database, hopefully without copying and pasting.

    Can I save the html list in such a way that I could export or import it into a database? I hate the thought of having to do this all manually.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    First of all, you'd better post this thread in MySQL forum.

    You are looking for LOAD DATA SQL statement:

    Code:
    LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE "list.txt" INTO TABLE list;
    For details consult your MySQL reference.
