1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I have a code already and I want to take it a little bit further. The code so far done is about parasite structures created by polyhedra (truncated octahedron) that they are also self-sustained. The method that the algorithm is based on is the Diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA).
What I want to do more is not to expand space but to fill specific space. (A standard sized given shape: a cube and a sphere). So after generating the shape of the cube, I want to add an extra check to the existing algorithm, so each time to check if the new polyhedron is in my shape or not. Then I want to count the percentage of the covered 3d space (how many particles needed to fill the most of the space - through stickiness) and compare the results between cube and sphere.
