    SQL driven site needed

    1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I am looking for a developer that can create a site for me that would allow users to sign in, view live information, receive email and text notification of current position and eta of when their position is going to be up. This site has to allow users to sign in from PC and mobile device and search for facilities by city/state/zip/region,etc. It would need different account levels, i.e. Admins on a structural standpoint, admins/users from a customer standpoint and users on an end-user standpoint. Based on the size of active users, this will need to be SQL based.

    2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Payment method will be Paypal or company check. 10% startup, 40% mid development and remainder on completion. Project must be completed in 4 months and beta testing needs to be started in 2 months. Submit bids at artoledo315@gmail (dot) com. Thanks in advance!

    Mobile app is also required.

Can you clarify the "mobile app" requirement? Do you have to have a native app (as in, you get it from the App Store), or would a webpage that is designed to work in a mobile browser acceptable as well? You will be tripling your costs (at least) by requiring a native app.
