Hi, I want to start by saying that I suck pretty bad at java and have forgotten a lot which brings me to trying a demo applet for advertising on my site before I buy it (no time to re-learn everything). It's an auto vertical image scroller which displays jpgs on a rotation. It's pretty much what I need except I want to show a pop up of a description of the image when a user passes their mouse over it, either a map or a picture etc.

Seeing that the applet is already compiled, I need to know if there is a way I can add this extra feature? The copy and paste html for the applet is:

<applet code="jonetMenu2Demo.class" width=120 height=200>
<param name="startpos" value="1">
<param name="picheight" value="100">
<param name="speed" value="80">
<param name="pause" value="4000">
<param name="direction" value="up">
<param name="image_1" value="nikko.jpg">
<param name="image_2" value="earls.jpg">
<param name="image_3" value="salmon.jpg">
<param name="image_4" value="breadgardenlogo.jpg">
<param name="image_5" value="seaborn.jpg">

<param name="url_1" value="http://www.trafficfile.com">
<param name="url_2" value="http://www.javaobjects.net">
<param name="url_3" value="http://www.test.com">
<param name="url_4" value="http://www.test.com">
<param name="url_5" value="http://www.test.com">
<param name="url_6" value="http://www.test.com">
<param name="target_1" value="_blank">
<param name="target_2" value="_blank">
<param name="target_3" value="_blank">
<param name="target_4" value="_blank">
<param name="target_5" value="_blank">
<param name="target_6" value="_blank">
</applet>

I don't need the URL portion above, but just a script which will determine which param name has the mouse over to show the pop-up. Is there a way I can do this?

Thanks
