    Dynamic PHP Picture Viewer

    Installs easily enough, but doesn't work. I've tried it on both cPanel and Plesk servers with the same results; The listbox displays the names of the images, but the image doesn't display when selected. So, the php script seems to be working correctly...

    So I tried copying and pasting the entire source code of the script itself and that doesn't work. I've played with permissions and ownership of the directories and files and that didn't help either.

    I've tried IE6, Firefox (Mac & PC) and Safari with the same results.

    Firefox just gave me two errors:

    Error: locationstring is not defined
    Error: Unknown property 'filter'. Declaration dropped.

    Ok, the problem was due to a bug in the script that was actually fixed Dec 21st last year. I must have recently overwritten the source code to download with the older version. Anyhow, just use the new PHP source code here: http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/...er/getpics.txt

    Really? The new code contains the line:

    echo 'var locationstring="' . $locationstring . '";';

    Check that your version does too.

    Okay, I got it and it's working. It must have been a caching issue in my browser. Thank you.

    New question: What should I change if I want to include this multiple times in a page? I'm including this in a php function. The unique variable is $name. So I started toying around with $name"."picturearea, etc. but don't have it working.

    Thanks again!
