    Printing Image only

    I would like to be able to print an image only and not the text from a html page

    You can solve this just by using css & html:
    make every text be written into <span> or <div> or <p> or whatever. Than write this into your css:
    @media print {
    span, div, p {
    display:none;
    }
    img {
    display:block;
    }
    }
    and you're gone!

    If your question is refering to the headers / footers found on web-page printouts, it is a much more complicated procedure (supposedly, although I've never tried) involving ActiveX controls and having security priviledges over the user's browser (which, unless they're extreemly lax in their security, you probably don't have). The reason is that the headers / footers are put on by the browser and so you have to change its printing options....
