    Create a tree menu from XML

    Hi all,
    I have an XML that looks like this:
    <DATA>
    <ITEM>
    <GroupID>111</GroupID>
    <GroupName>Group One</GroupName>
    <GroupLevel>1</GroupLevel>
    <ParentGroup>0</ParentGroup>
    <TopLevelGroup>111</TopLevelGroup>
    </ITEM>
    <ITEM>
    <GroupID>222</GroupID>
    <GroupName>Group Two</GroupName>
    <GroupLevel>1</GroupLevel>
    <ParentGroup>0</ParentGroup>
    <TopLevelGroup>222</TopLevelGroup>
    </ITEM>
    <ITEM>
    <GroupID>223</GroupID>
    <GroupName>Group Two</GroupName>
    <GroupLevel>2</GroupLevel>
    <ParentGroup>223</ParentGroup>
    <TopLevelGroup>222</TopLevelGroup>
    </ITEM>
    .... up to 3 Group Levels.
    <ITEM1>
    <UserID>1</UserID>
    <GroupID>111</GroupID>
    <FirstName>John</FirstName>
    <LastName>Smith</LastName>
    <Organization>Name</Organization>
    </ITEM1>
    <ITEM1>
    <UserID>2</UserID>
    <GroupID>222</GroupID>
    <FirstName>John</FirstName>
    <LastName>Allen</LastName>
    <Organization>Name Two</Organization>
    </ITEM1>
    so each user can be a member of 1+ groups from ITEM
    </DATA>
    How can I build a tree with all the groups on my XSLT page from that?
    User also needs to be able to check as many groups as he needs by checkboxes for those groups and all the users that are associated with those groups would appear in <SELECT> box?
