    Question Cut & Paste It Image Slideshow

    Hi, I have been playing around with the image slideshow which was produced by Javascript Kit. I have got it working and it looks quite cool but there is one thing that is stumping me. With the script there is an option allowing you to click the image currently in the slideshow to open a link. I can make the script do this but I want it so that when the image is clicked, it opens up a new window with a bigger version of the current picture. I am really struggling to do this and was wondering if there was any amazingly helpful people who could inform me how to do this with the given script.

    To take a look at the code for the image slideshow here is the link:
    http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/.../indexit.shtml

    If anyone can help me I would be greatly appreciative.
    Yours, Paul Godfrey.

    The simplest method with this script is to set the target for links in the script as provided for with this line:

    Code:
    var mylinktarget="" //specify optional link target
    Setting that to _blank will open a new window:
    Code:
    var mylinktarget="_blank" //specify optional link target
    Then for the optional links in the array you can do something like this:
    Code:
    //Specify images for slideshow:
    //["Image Path", "Optional Image link"]

    var numberslide=new Array()
    numberslide[0]=["plane1.gif", "big_plane1.jpg"]
    numberslide[1]=["plane2.gif", "big_plane2.jpg"]
    numberslide[2]=["plane3.gif", "big_plane3.jpg"]
    numberslide[3]=["plane4.gif", "big_plane4.jpg"]
    numberslide[4]=["plane5.gif", "big_plane5.jpg"]
    You can also use a page for the link instead of an image, just have it be a page that has the image you want on it.
