Question Changing 2 frames when one link is clicked.

OK I need some help on this one...

I have a typical frame page with the "header"(title) the "navi"(navigation) and the content.

I want some easy way to make it when I click on a link in the navi frame, the content comes up and a new header comes up...

I was thinking of trying to 'popup' the header page but I don't know how to go about it.

    Thanks

    Yea

That is kinda what i'm saying...

Have a popup loaded that places the new header
    into the header space.
