Controlling the play of swf file

I’m not sure I’m in the right place in these forums, but here’s my question.

I have a 5 min movie in .swf (flash) file that I embedded into the web page and it plays itself on opening of it. What I need is to add the controls underneath that a viewer can pause and play(continue) the movie at any time they wish do that. I really need this, however, if possible I also would love to have a bar-like slider that shows the advancing of the movie or maybe even forwarding and rewinding abilities. I know this might be too much to ask, but I will appreciate any thought or suggestion you can share with me. I desperately need this.

Create pause and play buttons and use actionscript for pausing and playing.
