    Question open window without address-bar and status-bar

    I have this code to open an html file in smaller window:

    <script language="JavaScript">
    function sizeMe() {
    parent.window.resizeTo(280,510);
    }
    </script>
    .....
    <BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF" onload="sizeMe();">
    ....

    I couldn't figure out how to get this window to open without the status bar, address bar etc.

    Thanks much,

    That code doesn't open any windows as far as I can tell.

    you're right, I'm reducing the size of the same window, not opening a new one.
    On the same concept is there a way to eliminate those top bars of the same window?

    thanks.

    Depends on if you are the one opening that window.
