    grid control in javascript

Hi everyone, I want to implement a grid control on my pages but I don't want to use activex nor applet.

all I need to do is to let the users see and edit tables from databases or XML files.
I need to implement sorting by colum, edit fields etc...

is there any code or something that I can use for this ?

    Thanks

You can manipulate the recordset client-side dynamically, also you can use a bunch of string checkers to organise data into whatever order you wish. I'd suggest dumping the information in arrays to make it easier to handle, even though javascript does support the recordset object.

    Hope this helps
