    linking with javascript and frames?

    Hey Everyone

I am very new to javascript, and I got my menu bar code from a source site. My website uses frames, and I dont know what the link tag is in javascript to open a page into a different frame.... Anyone know how to do this? I have the URL to the page, so you can look at my html.

....maybe this post belongs in the dynamic drive board.......sorry about that

One way to do this is with the window.open("url", "name", "features") were the name tag is almost exactly like the target property in a tags (links). An example in use could be:
    window.open("http://google.com/", "mainframe", "")
opening google in the frame titled mainframe (if it exists)

Your site seems to work fine. I need to know on where u need this, and how exactly you want it to perform.

BTW- thats only part of the site (the top frame), but what I need is the nav bar drop downs to open a page in another frame when clicked. I will throw together an example of the frames so you can see the two together.
