    Hello,
    I only want to apply vertical scrolling to a frame, not horizontal. Can someone help me out with this issue???

    Regards,

    i thought the default is vertical... do you mean you only want horizontal? either way, you don't need javascript - using css can accomplish what you want with use of the overflow: and scrolling properties. there's only a few options either way, so you can probably figure it out, or post the dimensions or your frame and i'll write it.

    CSS solution, overflow attribute. Controls the object's scroll.

    -Accepted values are : visible, hidden, scroll, auto.
    -Accepts axis specification

    overflow-x
    overflow-y

    Your problem - try this embeded (in the head zone) in your frame page

    <head>
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    body {
    overflow-x: hidden;
    }
    -->
    </style>
    </head>

    or local
    <body style="overflow-x: hidden;">

    or in an external CSS file
