    How do you refresh a parent window from a child window?

    opener.refresh()

    Nightfire's correct IF you refer to parent/child as related via window.open().

    Dsgnrs is right IF you refer to parent/child as related via framesets - though you don't need the 'window.' bit: parent.refresh() is the same statement, on the same object.
