    Refresh a frame with javascript?

    I'm by far no javascript expert (n00b is more like it)and have been trying to look it up on Google a while.

    I'd like to refresh a frame (Well inset frame) at say, every 30 seconds. So it would just be like:

    Code:
    frame.location.href = "mypage.html";
    Or at least something to that effect + a timer. Any ideas?

    Thanks!
