    Does the mouse trail effects work in the multi frame page?

    I have this problem,
    when i put the codes of the mouse trail effects in an ordinary webpage, it works. I can see the trail effects and the web page.
    But when i put the code of the trail effects into my main page which has multiple frames, i can only see the trail with a blank page, or sometimes i cannot see trail effects, only the web page itself.
    Can anybody help me with this?

    I'm pretty sure that if the browser supports frames, nothing from within the <BODY> will render.

    Try making the JavaScript external, link it in the <HEAD> and put all the DIVs in before the last </frameset>

    Is this what you mean by linking them to the <head> and put the div's inside the last </frameset>?
    It also doesn't work.
    Do you guys think that the Dynamic Drive Mouse trail effects does not work on multi frame page?

    No, that's not what I meant. Take all the javascript that is between the <SCRIPT></SCRIPT> tags and cut and paste it into a new file and save it as 'mousetrail.js' with any text editor (www.textpad.com is a good one, and free) Now, modify your code like this:

    I think you forgot another </frameset> tag.
    But after I tried to put it before the div's, the browser said that there is a runtime error.
