    Touch in and go in javascript

    how do i code for the below description...

    they r mountains and the gap between mountans is numbered 1 to 5. so i need to start from 1->2->3->4->5 and the same from 5->4>3->2-1. for every touch 1 point is increased. if i touch mountains then it should finish or end. is it possible with javascript...
