    HELP PLS! Form with a pop up URL

    Hi,

    Im currently using this code on my website for clients to access statements:

    <form action="https://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.aspx?" target="_blank"method="get">
    <input type="text" name="account">
    <input type="password" name="password">
    <input type="submit" value="submit">
    </form>

    However, what I want to also do if give an option to see "statements" and "otherURL" via the same form using a drop down box or checkbox.
    The second URL would be different but the formula the same (using get function).

    I also want the target URLs to appear in a popup rather than full window.

    If anyone can help me with the code for this it would be great

    You mean... otherURL is a new action URL? What do you mean by "statements"? Account and password?

    ... to refere/change the forms action use

    document.form_name.action

    Sorry for the poor description...il try to be clearer...at the moment I have a form whereby the client enters his "account" and "password" details in 2 fields, and this takes them to the URL that contains their details...
    e.g.https://xxxxxxxxx.aspx?username=12345&password=ABCDE

    What I want to do now is have 2 options, one for the URL i already have, and one for another URL which will take them to a different page such as...
    e.g.https://yyyyyyyy.aspx?username=12345&password=ABCDE

    The 2 options can be in a combo box or radio buttons.

    I also want the target URLs to open in pop-up windows.

    thanks.
