    This can be done using positioning with layers or what I'd suggest is just making the image the background to a table/cell/layer and have the text in the element.

    Code:
    <table border="0" width="300" height="150">
      <tr>
        <td background="Sunset.jpg" style="text-align: center;">gfhfghgfhgfhgfhgf</td>
      </tr>
    </table>
    Or:

    Code:
    <div style="width: 300; height: 150; background-image: url(Sunset.jpg); text-align: center;"></div>

    and u might wanna add <td width=imagewidth height=imageheight> to get the image the right size, otherwise it may be cutt off or tiled.
