    Uncheck radio buttons

I have a form with a lot of checkboxes and radio buttons on it. When a user checks a checkbox, there are usually 2 or more radio buttons associated with the checkbox. What I need to do is if the user wants to cancel the selection, when he un-checks the checkbox, is there a way to un-check the radio button without resetting the entire form? Resetting could get annoying as there are almost 300 checkbox/radio buttons on this form. This form is used for collecting survey information about remote locations in our company.

    Thank you

You guys have always come through for me so far.
