Sticky element not working in Firefox

I'm having trouble with a sticky element in Firefox. It doesn't seem to be working at all and I can't see why. It works fine in Safari and Chrome.

The sidebar and top should be sticky: http://www.xnthony.com/xnto/blog

See it in Chrome to see it working.

    I'd appreciate any help.

Sticky works in Chrome for me. The side (search & date) is fine. The top though scrolls too far before stopping. Needs work.

It has horrible problems in MSIE 9. No sticky, and the background doesn't work right at all.

Looks better in FF but no sticky.

I'd say the code is utterly worthless. Toss it out and try again.
