    What is autoscrolling? "Scroll" itself sounds like client functionality, not server functionality.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');

    All of those are rendering things. Although changes may be in PHP files, the changes themselves won't be PHP (since something like echo '<a href="asource">A link</a>'; doesn't really count as PHP code in the sense I'm thinking of).
    So anything to do with browser interaction is always client sided. Implementation itself may be server sided (and have complexity involved), but I ain't gonna lie; my Javascript skills are terrible.
    This in particular looks to be something that can be done with just JS modifications. So I'll move it over to the Javascript forum for the client guys to look at.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
